Are You A Woman?

Are you a Woman? Do you find yourself polishing and painting your face when expecting a male friend? I have come to tell you, they prefer natural looking women. They hate women who use strong bleaching agents, altering their image, they prefer your level of knowledge, wisdom, natural wit, confidence and character. They want that natural fragrance and smile when you say good-morning. They love the respect!


Men can get any butt size but what differentiates you from the next woman is your level of wisdom, style, personality, confidence and natural charm.

It kills them having to wait for you in the lounge while you spend so much time powdering your face and painting your lips.

Have you ever seen an ugly baby? It means there is no ugly woman. It is that innermost purity that matters more than anything else, that peace and warmth you exude.

Women are dying from stupid surgeries giving them a generous sized butt for a particular man, some wear tattoos with the Man's name. Most times he leaves you for a normal girl without any mark reminding him of his name. He knows and understands one will not be an asylum case should he decide to walk miles away from you.

I feel so sad the way another woman like me as left the surface of this Earth to another world which many are unfamiliar with and so scared to think about. Why accelerate the departure to that most dreadful place when you are not prepared. Miss Claudia Aderotimi was just 20, yet to be 21 and could enjoy 80 Years more. May her soul rest in peace. My heart goes out to her mother and family. I wonder how they feel right now.

Ignorance is killing many, the more I look at myself when I was 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19.20, 21, 22,23.24,25. Ehh! See all of you, you want to know my age. You see, we are all scared of ageing and dying.

The best way to deal with Age and death is to understand they are inevitable. You should live everyday as it is your last, do those things that are necessary, those things that help boost your confidence like your level of knowledge, articulation and self-expression. This you can get by reading, watching television, attracting faithful friends and buddies who share the same essence of life with you.

Sometimes you see a woman dressed to kill, and she opens her mouth to speak. My goodness! Who is the president of America? She does not know? Who has brought change to Egypt? Well I am not from Egypt how can I know that. Barbados is a lovely place for holiday and looking to chill out in one of this resort. Please where is Barbados, I am not going to resort to all your questions. Now, do you expect him to take you serious or plan a holiday with you? Communication is a big problem.

You are likely to cry out in the hotel when you see the bill. Shouting! Waiter I did not eat total.

Now, you see what matters!

Good note Ama! Women all over the world do need to realise that men value what they don't see more than what they do see. Shiny lips, long eyelashes and having a perfect the bra size is good for a one night stand but not necessarily for the altar!

The best criticism is that we make of ourselves, I think you are spot on on your evaluation in this piece. Without sounding personal, I hate makeup, I like my sofa, bed spread and pillow smelling fresh, I would like to bump into someone in my immaculate white shirt without a rainbow stain. The truth is television, western civilization and commercialization have diluted the way we see the world, and I dare to say this, women competing against self have made most to pay attention to irrelevances and less attention to such things as virtue, honest friendship, natural looks and sense of goodness, which was the principal thing God impacted a woman on creation.....the beauty of a woman is within not without, for outward appearance can be altered but the inside is a jewel that the goldsmiths fire cannot alter without sweat.See

Yea i believe that everyone is different with different opinions as well. But we should call spade "A Spade" Miss Sandra Ekpenyong, pls see, No man would wanna be identified with a fluke. The issue of chasing the unnatural at the end is mostly determined by that same woman who pretended to be a "STAINLESS" initially but later changed. Do ya think its funny to live xtra-marital lives? Men don't find it funny THOUGH. With due respect to "WOMANHOOD" Let me deviate a lil bit. With those Paintings, Heavy Powdering, & Cosmetic Surgery, they tend to behave like partial Creatures. Un-warranted Make-ups is one of the reasons y ma BIG BRO aborted a relationship leading to marriage cos her behavior started changing when few cash started rolling in. Sitting on the Mirrow to make up 4 15 - 20 mins, stopped washing he guys clothes when she must have fixed the latest Acrylic Nails. Hope you find this interesting. Gdnite Dear Peepz.

Ama            ‎@Ben the reason for women in the banking sector not being married is also due to the lack of confidence of men who are intimidated by women earning far much than them. Although, the banking sector has a way of making women unfeminine n turning them into men. I must confess it could be unattractive.

Guys lets keep it real! I beg to differ. Ladies, pls don't be deceived by these stories...I see a lot gaps in terms of idealism and realism in the write ups above. This will be another case of...somebody knocking you down and blaming you for not standing. 

While it is a truism that women appear better in their natural looks but trust me, "men will always be attracted by the artificial looks". WHY? is a big question! @Sandra, i agree with you to a great extent that when men find the 'natural' they will still go out to to find the 'unnatural'. Yes, we want it natural but when we see the unnatural ladies our eye balls will almost fall out....lol...guys pls stop this sermon and be honest. However, when it becomes too much, guys can be easily turned off.

If it was all about being natural, the one night stand ladies would have gone out of business because being artificial is their area of strength. You need to see the packaging of the accessories (unnatural) and how men dive at them. Pls do visit Allen avenue and give me result.

Ladies, just know where to strike the balance and go for what is best for you. Remember, you can hardly satisfy a man 100%. With my experience in the banking sector, male customers whether priority or mass customers, will always be attracted by the unnatural ladies. They get more attention and get enough tips. It is also very easy for the unnatural ones to convince difficult customers. We have used them to to resolve very difficult issues.

The fear which some men have expressed about female bankers is the fact that the ladies meet a lot of men on a daily basis and can't cope with the imagination of what will be happening outside the banking hall. In addition this is the point Ama already alluded to above concerning pay.

In summary, i will say that when men want to get serious, they go out looking for the natural ones because the assumption is that they are in most cases the wife materials. But sooner or later, the same man will go out chasing unnatural. Therefore, i urge you guys to always match realism and idealism. Within the realm of idealism, it is plausible to go for the natural ladies but the reality is that men will ALWAYS be attracted to the unnatural ladies. Sometimes, i may not like 100% but i cannot deny the fact that the lady is actually looking good on those unnatural stuffs....This simply represents my opinion and will help balance earlier comments which was already making it sound like there was no value in being unnatural.

It made the topic much clearer and gave a very truthful view on what is going on in most part of the world. Why is it men who love natural women also go after unnatural women? Have you seen those women from the middle east they are covered from head to toe with very pretty faces. They leave a Man with so much to think about until their final meeting. How about this, a woman should be heard about and not seen everywhere.

  • Sandra Ekpenyong @ Tony... well said, I think the problem is that people are not honest with themselves thus cannot be honest with other people about who they are and their feelings. There is nothing wrong with if you like make-up or not, just make sure that you are doing what you are doing because you are comfortable in your own skin not because a man or woman is telling you that this is their idea of beautiful, because everyone has what their idea of beauty is. Real beauty comes from within whether you are a man or woman. 

    I meet women who use to wear make-up and dress up nicely and now because they are married they let themselves go and wonder why their men are in the streets. Meanwhile they will tell you that their husbands like them 'without make up' but they are chasing every skirt. Sadly these women have lost all sense of reasoning that you must love yourself first. I use to model years ago, but I would not want a person dating me solely based on my looks or because I can cook a mean soup! No I want someone that I can have an engaging conversation with, that mentally and spiritually challenges me. Will looks fade, absolutely but integrity and knowing what you want and who you are should never......... peace and have a happy Sunday. On my way to church

  • Ama Kachikwu JP I think people are finding it so difficult to get meaning out of a simple write up. Is make-up the subject of debate? What is the lesson here for mothers, upcoming teenagers, adults, men and women alike? A girl at 20 has gone far to the land where you and I hate to really think of and most are busy looking for loopholes to attack Queen Ama. I am afraid if nothing can be learnt from this, we have a problem. Guys open up and see the deep meaning of this write up. Any mother under the sound of my debate bring up your daughter in the way of the lord, teach her the right path and when she grows she will not depart from it. Queen Ama is not the topic of discussion and when it is I will bring the matter to the drawing board. Thanks for all your contributions.

  • Ama Kachikwu JP Sandra married men do not cheat on their wives because of the way they look. There are so many factors responsible for a Man looking outside or looking elsewhere to replace one. I guess that is another topic for discussion.Most men with pretty wives end up treating a woman not as good-looking as his wife better. Do you ever wonder why? If it is a question of look, makeup, beauty why does he not go for a prettier woman outside. Ignorance has killed many!

Concerning married men cheating on wives, I do a lot of counseling and when I get to counsel a lot of couples, one of the major complaints is that Nigerian women let themselves go. Now of course I reason of some of these men but I can also say from experience, know a couple of friends who have gotten married do not wear make-up and dress nicely because they have 'bagged the man' That is a backward way of thinking. How about looking good for yourself, remaining healthy for your family etc...

    The issue was natural versus wearing make-up. People must do what makes them comfortable. For years I refused to become saved because I saw all these DRY BABES, young and vibrant looking like armed robbers because they were serving God. Nonsense! When I became saved one of the things that the Lord spoke to me that He would use me to let other young women know that they can be beautiful and serve God, they can wear make-up, high hill shoes and preach.. it is the content of the heart that is most important thing of all. 

    Many parents come to me and thank me for being real in my preaching and dressing because it inspires their children to realize that they can look good and still minister the Gospel. Have I ever been invited to a church were they are all 'NATURAL' absolutely... but I make it plain to the pastor that I wear ear-rings and everything, and if it is a problem for them, I do not preach there. I am not going to pacify anyone who has already judged me by my exterior. It would seem like in the end they have me preach and then invite me back again. 

    Nothing wrong with natural (my sister wears her hair natural) and that is a choice for her. Let us be bigger and better than this. If you like natural babes chase them, if you like women that wear make-up and then chase them... for me, you can even buy my make up.... I wear IMAN...

  • Ama Kachikwu JP Being Natural is not just about makeup, a natural person is simple and down to earth, not pretentious as Ben had explained. Natural means having had a minimum of processing or preservative treatment, unbleached and undyed, off-white. In accordance with nature.relaxed and unaffected ( peace one exudes), inevitable like death and ageing. NATURAL is based on innate moral sense.

Perhaps you can help others who think being natural involves non-application of make-up.@Tony some girls with their padded face at Allen are far more natural than a woman kept at home as a wife. Have you ever wondered why the so-called prostitutes end up having a home before the outwardly clean looking girl. That Man has seen something within he can mould and use for himself. However, prostitution is not the subject of the debate, please let us stay on the topic.

If a woman had confidence in herself, understood she needs to work more on her most private and deepest side which is her character, morals, wisdom then cosmetic surgery would not arise. What I find amazing is one could at the age of 20 have such a very high priority about altering their image. Please Mothers, help your daughters build up their confidence, love your children equally, Say nice things to your kids. Sometimes some Women encourage their teenage daughters to compete with their aunts, friends and even their siblings. What are you training that child to become. You forget you need to start building up the Child's confidence, character and morals more than anything else. My father made me feel like a queen all through my life until he passed away in 2007. It was so bad that the attention he gave me became a problem within and outside, but that is what has gingered me up today to start Queen Ama's Food For Thought attracting Millions now.
