Toastmasters: Building Voices, Shaping Leaders.

🏆Toastmasters is a global organization founded in 1924 by Ralph C. Smedley. He observed that many people had brilliant ideas but lacked the confidence to express them effectively. To address this, he created a supportive environment where individuals could practice public speaking, receive constructive feedback, and develop leadership skills.

The first Toastmasters club was established at the YMCA in Santa Ana—a vibrant community hub known for youth development and leadership training. By 1930, the organization was officially named Toastmasters International.

Today, Toastmasters has grown into a global network with thousands of clubs across more than 100 countries, impacting over 8 million people through leadership, communication, and public speaking development.

Nigeria, part of District 130 (12 countries in West and Central Africa), is home to 3 Divisions namely, Division C with 20 clubs in Abuja, Division D has 22 clubs in Lagos, Portharcourt and Uyo while Division G also has 22 clubs spread across Abuja, Kano, Kaduna, Katsina and Bauchi. Expansion to other cities are paramount to us.

YOUR DESTINY

Different people have asked me if am American. Heaven would give you signs about your true originality and your soul mate too. The last time I connected and I was told my race: Multi-Cultural Ascent, First Orientical (Ancient of Days). Ascent is the height I have come and the transformation in the process.

When heaven is giving you revelations about your true identity they also reveal your bone of bone and flesh of flesh if you must get married too. You would sound like the person and behave like them too. You share so many things in common and even nature would confirm it too. Spiritual people around you would also be shown too. When Mary was pregnant with Jesus-Christ, the baby in Elizabeth's womb leaped for joy. Luke 1:41KJV

Mordecai saw Esther's future too and gave her the mentorship she needed to arrive at her place of promise. Vashti an imitator who lacked originality saw Esther and knew she was the King's original wife and she left the scene. Vashti knew how she met her husband through magic of the moment before he was ever crowned king. What is fake would not last and you cannot hide behind camera and glamorous outfits. Vashti knew something significant was amiss in the King's life and she knew many secrets too. Heaven had rejected Vashti because of the promise. Deliverance from heaven is a blessing that cannot be taken for granted and when it arrives you would see the stars, sun and moon applaud it. The day Esther was paraded in the presence of the King there was peace in that Land and things changed for the best.

Many of us get the signs we need for our next level but we are surrounded by magicians: dream amputators and emptiers. Mary was lucky to have a true friend in Elizabeth who saw her destiny too. Joseph was a spiritual man who saw his promise too and acted upon it without sentiments. Mordecai was a great man who saw his promise too.

My Prophetic and Queenly Counsel:

Delay is not denial and that glory heaven has released for you cannot be hidden anymore.

When heaven gives you another chance it would make everything new for you.

Do not jump at the first opportunity you see because you are tired of waiting. Promise is something significant if you understand where it is coming from and where it would lead you. Your promise could attract criticism too because of envy.

WHERE ARE YOU TALKING?

People have been trying to make me talk out in different hotel rooms where I mann my operations as the world leader of leaders. 

I do not know if it is to build a record of insanity for me after attaining my ultimate freedom.

Assuming, I rented a building in Mayfair, London with all the strategic departments required for Governance and dealing with different nations. At what point do I begin to speak out without the intention to do so in-front of my partners.

The art of speaking out loud should be done when you are meeting face to face with your maker.

I believe that my wall connection, walls of hope where I speak out is when I connect in an altar praying to the greatest force.

What is walls of hope? A connecting angle that serves as a universal meeting point.  It is the sunlight's ray balancing many nations.

People who are currently connecting send me an email in advance and then steer their craft (skills) to me.

I strongly believe what you steer is eventually what you have perfected in doing overtime. What is your trade and what are you doing with it?

We also pray together to avoid any unforeseen danger and limitations to upward movement.

Where are you talking right now? Who are you speaking with?

Walls of hope is not a one woman's squad where dead spirits speak without physical bodies.

A Tribute to Nelson Mandela (1918 to 2013) by Queen Ama.

Nelson Mandela your presence would forever remain with us. The world holds a record of you from 1918 to 2013, but I hold your leadership and greatness record in my heart forever.

I remember being asked in 2006, "if not you who would you be and why" when I was employed by Citibank after being called and chosen from recruits across the globe. My answer was very clear and straightforward: Nelson Mandela, the ability for forgiveness and to integrate both the black and white". Shortly afterwards, I lived and worked in South Africa for 1 year and 8 months. I had a taste of both working and living in South Africa. You made a great impact in the life of your people, and you attracted the world by your leadership qualities and style. I would not have migrated to South Africa if not for your freedom fight to integrate both the black and white removing the violence of apartheid. 
Today, South African has become a better place and the path to leadership and freedom is very clear.

A hero who has taught the world the true meaning of greatness and leadership.

Many die and are forgotten, but you would be remembered for something and forever. I rejoice you have gone to rest and, please send greetings to my father when you see him.

There is no vacuum in the spiritual realm and can now understand why I was awake at 3am. I tried to put on the television and could hear South Africans rejoicing that Africa's true icon has gone home to rest. I join them to celebrate because when great men live us beyond this present world we celebrate and not cry. I celebrate you, Africa's true leader and king.

Greatness: It produces an aroma recognizable from afar. Madiba you are an epitome of greatness just like Jesus-Christ and Victoria Soto. Men and Women who are ready to give up their life for humanity to become a better place. Selflessness and service against all odds.

Madiba, you have taught us when a man finally rules his people that selflessness against all odds is what would make a difference. You have taught us when a man rules his people that ability for forgiveness to integrate the poor and rich cannot be taken away from our agenda. You have taught us when a man rules his people preparation in the wilderness is a prerequisite. You have taught us how a Man's long walk to freedom can lead to the freedom of others. You have taught us if a Man goes to Jail let him comeback with a gift to humanity. You have taught us that a Man cannot rule without his head and heart as both were made to work together. You have taught us that fame is not about moving with the movers and shakers of society, but you have to earn it through preparation in the wilderness.

What Is The Way Forward For Africa?

Agriculture is definitely the way forward for Africa. They can feed the world and still have enough to go around everyone. Africa is sitting on a gold mine and they must take agriculture to the next level. It is time to stop complaining about being jobless and put those hands to good use. Agriculture would help unite families, communities and nations. The Man who feeds another man stands a chance of controlling his destiny. Are you controlling destinies or are they controlling you even with all your resources? Africa wake up as you can do better with Agriculture.

The fact you talk like a leader, and dress like one does not make you a leader. Who has called and chosen you? It will show in your actions overtime. It is not a function of bank account, status and fame. This is why the master of the universe knows how to pick them for a specific assignment and drop them when their tenor has expired. What I see across the globe are people who assume these positions without a call to duty. Leadership is not a function of age and your position in the family unit. Think about Joseph, David, Solomon, Moses, Jeremiah, Jacob and many others called for specific assignments. It had nothing to do with who came out first from their mother's womb. How do you make up for the wisdom of Solomon with the age of Methuselah?

It is absolute madness to be taking Malaria drugs for Cancer. It is quite simple put the right people in the right position. Do not become Saul hindering the cause of Justice in a Land that requires immediate solution by David to get the masses out of poverty. Do not cast your pearls upon swines or else they did trample upon it and turnaround tearing you into pieces. It is for this reason we allowed the wrong people and God approved our wrong decisions for years because we lacked the values required to put the right people in power and position. Do you know Nigeria’s oil exports were worth $100 billion which is more than the total net aid to the whole of Sub Saharan Africa? In other words, we do not need aid from other developed countries if we can kill corruption or give a death penalty to those caught doing it. Bill Gate made it clear relative to our wealth we have entrusted to thieves and occultists we should have gone far by now. This set of people are now dealing with us and using our power and resources against us. How many truthfully would refuse a bribe that would change their lot within a short period of time? Friends, we have work to do especially with some of the senators we had in the past who lack morals and values capable of raping and drugging young girls to get in between their legs. We have a problem, but there is a solution. We need to act fast!

Should A Man Look After his Wife?

The bible clearly states," but if any provide, not for his own, and specially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith and is worse than an Infidel."- 1st Timothy 5:8. Charity starts at home. This is biblical. 1st Timothy 5:8 warns that failing to provide for one's own family makes a man worse than an unsaved heathen. A Man who cannot provide for his wife, but wants her to look after him is doomed for failure. A woman who cannot complement her husband in terms of maintenance lacks the quality of a virtuous woman. A Man who goes into a Marriage because of self interest in the wealth of his wife's family and needs business connection would soon flee and be left single again. A Man must live up to what the bible states and a Woman must support her husband. The problem we have in our society is women who are now Men carrying out a Man's God-given assignments and Men who now live like women carrying out a Woman's God-given assignment. It pays not to usurp positions as in the end separation, and divorce is the case. Sometimes, the people we go to for advice lack the spirituality for empowerment or the wisdom to provide the right solution.

What Is Truly The Way Forward?

We have come to the point in our nation, Nigeria and asking everyone deeply concerned about the economic, political, security and social crisis what is truly the way forward.

The young bullies the old as seen by the organised kidnappings of grandmothers for a huge ransom. Neighbors now oppress one another with power, position and wealth; the poor of the land are being crushed and isolated; the ignoble of the land insult and mock the honorable; many destinies have been manipulated and cut short; many have gone home before their time from human blood sacrifice needed by members of the pagan cults for protection, position and power.

The resultant effect of such human sacrifices are shrubs who grow into trees overnight recognizable with their gloomy wealth and positions. The resultant effect of such human sacrifices are servants who usurp their master's position. A strange experience witnessed in our time: servants riding horses; kings and queens begging for food and trekking under the hot sun. Highly educated and honorable men living in foreign countries. Manipulations of our era!

Dedicated and genuine leadership at the national level are almost non achievable. It is the time now where leadership is cheap, and anyone with money seeks it. The saying, Where money talks bullshit works is applicable. This man-made bullshit has gradually and overtime being translated into pain  felt by the people of the land, which goes beyond the physical. It is now a deeper and unstated pain of the heart that needs quick intersection. This pain has been experienced  before, but not in this magnitude. A national explosion of deep pain suffered by both the rich and poor. 

The catalytic agent for change and revolutionary point of departure is this deep pain experienced by the rich, poor, old, young, children and infants yet unborn.

Many are aware the heart beat of the nation is not functioning properly. Thus, many now seek solutions secretly and violently at all cost.

The receptivities of the moment (where anything not genuine works) would be long gone as that unstated pain spreads like wild fire causing mass scale destruction. This pain is hitting many in places they least expect like me in the case of my father. I remember it has not been the same since 2007 when he passed on in a mysterious way.

The receptivities of the moment cannot be held for too long. 

Nigerians are ready for a shuffling of the card that has been dealt with them over an extended period of time. 

Radical change that would rock the nation is not far- fetched. It does not matter your tribe or what community or cult you belong. The receptivities of the moment cannot be held for too long. Nigerians and especially the masses both home and abroad now seek one road. What is this new road?

I tell you brother and sisters: An epoch is around the corner where all the powerful men belonging to various political parties contesting for leadership positions would hate to be considered for any leadership role. None can boldly undertake to remedy the mounting external problems as the family front would have deep issues requiring immediate solutions. Therefore, it gets to that point where the external front would be ignored when domestic issues have not been addressed. There would be an interregnum: A period of groping and stumbling. Many would build houses, but would not live in them. The upper crust of the society would diminish in no time, and every kind of pride would be humbled. People would be confused and finding the next step to take and what road to take.

Many would run away from the same leadership, which many of them are fighting and killing to get in.

Conversations would be held within and privately: how do I put out fire burning outside when the internal fire cannot be quenched? How do I go to a more powerful war outside when I have been defeated within the mediocre internal war? This is the time where people would seriously consider cleansing first within the family unit putting away all those secret idols that have polluted the environment with human blood, corruption and immorality for such a longtime. 

Everyone would start looking for just one road to take: A road of justice, respect, humanity, values, love, kindness and peace. The former road that led to stumbling and groping would be closed forever. Where people begin to understand the deep need for the genuine as opposed to the short lived counterfeit. The mass mobilization for change period.

It is around the corner my people. Get ready!

Woman of Courage! Woman of the Hour!

She Died To Liberate Future American Youths

The woman of courage, Woman of the hour: Victoria Soto who died in Connecticut shootings to protect her own pupils in cupboards at the Sandy Hook Elementary School is a true Heroine.

I would love to acknowledge her here on my public fan page for 1 WEEK for what she did and what she represents. You will be remembered in my new book titled, 'The Fear Called Greatness'. I would stamp your name all over the place.
Your story is what I have been looking for in recent times and in reality to tell myself and the world to emulate on greatness and true love.

Victoria Soto gave up her life like Jesus-Christ for others to become better and live. She has finished her mission here on Earth at 27 and making history like Jesus-Christ, Mother Theresa and Martin Luther King.

Victoria Soto has demonstrated greatness and true love. 
My fans and I would all celebrate her for true Greatness and an idea of selfless service for ushering greatness into our own lives. Most important, getting rid of the fear, which hinders greatness in our life of true service and love to humanity. A life of service and love; a life of being selfless and giving out your all to make others better, stronger, healthier and fulfilled.

She has left a reminder for me to be bold and courageous living a selfless life and be ready to take bullets if it requires making other lives better who have not concluded their assignment here on Earth.

My old man, once said to us, 'If you move forward you die If you move backwards you die. Why don't you go forward and die a heroine'?You have gone forward and died to liberate our future youths in America like a true heroine.
You have acknowledged the words of my old man like a true daughter of his.
I wonder if you heard when my father confidently said that wise statement to his 15 children. 
You make me wonder if you are not part of us making us 16 children. Laughs!


Many claim angels are white birds with wide flapping wings, but you came and stayed in human form just to save the lives of the young ones in Sandy Hook Elementary School. 
You staged a momentary scene of silence asking the ones you truly loved to stay quiet in a cupboard for a few seconds while you took bullets on their behalf now ceasing that momentary seconds of silence. You gave up that power over the children to stay first in the cupboard, which was big enough for you to quickly slide into and save your own life.


Yes! Victoria Soto, the ones you truly loved heard that sound of freedom, love and hope after a momentary period of silence.
They heard you screeching below to the ground with a pool of blood liberating them.
You are true heroine; You brought tears of hope to my eyes touching my most precious part of womanhood and re-awakening it. You have awakened my senses that I have not even started.
You have taught as a true teacher it is not about me and my immediate family, but about the external community, larger society and united nation.

Victoria Soto, you have given me the most current inspiration to continue with my assignment here on Earth. You have given me a message for my people back home in Africa that I would not rest until I see change in my country, Nigeria. You have given me hope that the few years on Earth is not worth living If I do not have a true legacy of freedom, hope and unity to leave behind for everyone.

You have now decreed and declared a moment of silence for everyone to think about and retrace their steps.

Victoria Soto you are a true Queen; a world heroine and forever you will be celebrated even among generations yet unborn.

Many parents would remember you forever saying this, 'She's a heroine-She saved my child'.
