LEADERSHIP: CENTER OF GRAVITY

Queen Ama says

the world is struggling to hold at the center with wrong thoughts and ideologies moving across continents. Many ill-equipped and unprepared people occupying position of leadership and also talking about it too.

I would share the secrets of leadership with you.

1. LEADERSHIP SENSE

Queen Ama says one of the greatest asset of leadership is the

sense of humour. You may learn when to use it. Keep those fingers crossed.

2. LEADERSHIP FULFILLMENT

The fulfillment in answering and paying the price of your title cannot be subtracted from the leadership equation.

3. LEADERSHIP TERRAIN

The highest form of leadership is the ability to remain one. Leadership has different terrain and find out what is your own.

4. LEADERSHIP DIRECTION

Purpose is not necessarily direction but understanding.

I love you all,

Queen Ama

ECLIPSE OF THE MOMENT

There are many issues, but you can address the root cause leading to twin solutions. The sun has almost reached its zenith, but- can you tell everyone is impacted by its fulness. Wow, I love you so much. I am basking in that euphoria too.

The Fast Lane

The fast lane does not take you to the place of perfection, but yet many of us are ready to pull others down to earn fame. I have learnt those who left a lasting legacy here on Earth became less for others to arise and shine.

                          Fame, Kisses and Betrayal.

Welcome to Get Started January!

January is not just a great opportunity to restart, refresh and electrify some of your previous wins from last year. It is also the beginning of a new year and one that presents an opportunity to rebrand and recreate last wins and failures from the previous year.

The key difference to achieving success an attribute of greatness this month will be in actually taking calculated action. Let us get started, January is not only your month to GET STARTED, but to stay focused doing right things. Whatever your mind cannot hold for too long, you cannot achieve it in this month.
Here is a list to electrify your JANUARY and kick-start a Strong 2014:

1. Get Started: This January, You must say goodbye to procrastination. Do not forget these three P's: Purpose, Passion and Perseverance with faith equivalent to or even greater than a mustard seed would help you beat the enemy called procrastination. The world is waiting for your move that would make a difference to humanity. Quit making excuses and get started on that business plan, career goals, partnership. Just do it, but let spirituality guide you this month.

2.Heroism: Be heroic this month. You must set heroic goals that would help you stretch yourself, your intellect, and there is a likelihood that you end up with what you want. Do you know the capacity of your brain and your strength? It is only the bold that would get their prey just like the Lion. You must make a move this January. Heroism does not come cheap and your giant steps would make a difference.

3. Avoid Distractions: There would be many distractions in this month of January. It would come from the counterfeit of your vision and goals. For every genuine vision, there is a counterfeit in place waiting to distract you. Do not worry about your counterfeit who has gone ahead of you to implement your God-given ideas. You would be faced with many options, but focus on the real cost. You must count the cost of every forgone option as that is the real cost. The fastest solution is not always the best solution. The fast lane does not get you to the finish line. You must stay focused on your core goals and original purpose. You must prioritise to get the real cost of the forgone alternatives. Only the best is good for you, and that comes without distractions. Avoid distractions to get to the finish line of THIS month. What is your purpose? You must have consistent goals that are clearly aligned with your original purpose. Avoid distractions is a phrase and carries weight for this month of January.

4. Launch Out: You must launch out that Champion within you this month. Determine to launch out your real self. The world would be made better by those who launch out giving out the best within them. The world is waiting for those who are ready to pay the price to arise and shine and create room for others to do the same. You must launch out to live only the best life meant for you. Lauch out the best gold within you. You January stands for launching out the best you.

5. GIVE: This is the month to sow abundantly into people's life. You do not have to sow only money, but you can sow your time, love, talent and kindness to others. Quit asking for anything this month and only give your time, love, talent and kindness to your business, ministry, family, health and work. People who consistently ask and rarely give never hold anything in reality. Give in other to get ahead; give to the right people and receive from the right people; Give to get ahead; Give to get the right promotion; give to get that sale; give to provoke your promotion; give to close a deal; give to get a better discount. Give to get anything that will enable you achieve your goals. Keep giving to stay in business, ministry, career and marriage. You must give without limits this month of January.

6. God-Given Assignments: It is key to success this year. You must avoid all man-made assignments for you this year. Although you may require humility to excel in man-made assignments, but it does not get you to the finish line of success. Focus on only God-given assignments and Take 100% responsibility for your decisions and outcomes. Stop blaming the world. You must take responsibility for your decisions and outcomes. Great people are not restricted by their environment, which include their decisions and outcomes. Do not make excuses for your God-given assignments. You must kick the butts this January and get on with it. Yo must relie on only God to achieve your God-given responsibilities. Say no to satan for your God-given assignments.

7. Stand: You must stand for the positives and let go of the negatives. Faith would help you stand tall in the midst of challenges this month of January. Faith is only the weapon for you this month to unlock closed doors. You must stand rest assured and believe in God's promises for your business, marriage, ministry, finances and career. There is nothing like standing tall when heaven as given you a go ahead on success.

Welcome to Get Started January!

You must make this month worthwhile as you stay focused on your goals, prioritise and implement.

You are that champion we are waiting for and now is the time to launch out.

I love you all.

A Tribute to Nelson Mandela (1918 to 2013) by Queen Ama.

Nelson Mandela your presence would forever remain with us. The world holds a record of you from 1918 to 2013, but I hold your leadership and greatness record in my heart forever.

I remember being asked in 2006, "if not you who would you be and why" when I was employed by Citibank after being called and chosen from recruits across the globe. My answer was very clear and straightforward: Nelson Mandela, the ability for forgiveness and to integrate both the black and white". Shortly afterwards, I lived and worked in South Africa for 1 year and 8 months. I had a taste of both working and living in South Africa. You made a great impact in the life of your people, and you attracted the world by your leadership qualities and style. I would not have migrated to South Africa if not for your freedom fight to integrate both the black and white removing the violence of apartheid.
Today, South African has become a better place and the path to leadership and freedom is very clear.

A hero who has taught the world the true meaning of greatness and leadership.

Many die and are forgotten, but you would be remembered for something and forever. I rejoice you have gone to rest and, please send greetings to my father when you see him.

There is no vacuum in the spiritual realm and can now understand why I was awake at 3am. I tried to put on the television and could hear South Africans rejoicing that Africa's true icon has gone home to rest. I join them to celebrate because when great men live us beyond this present world we celebrate and not cry. I celebrate you, Africa's true leader and king.

Greatness: It produces an aroma recognizable from afar. Madiba you are an epitome of greatness just like Jesus-Christ and Victoria Soto. Men and Women who are ready to give up their life for humanity to become a better place. Selflessness and service against all odds.

Madiba, you have taught us when a man finally rules his people that selflessness against all odds is what would make a difference. You have taught us when a man rules his people that ability for forgiveness to integrate the poor and rich cannot be taken away from our agenda. You have taught us when a man rules his people preparation in the wilderness is a prerequisite. You have taught us how a Man's long walk to freedom can lead to the freedom of others. You have taught us if a Man goes to Jail let him comeback with a gift to humanity. You have taught us that a Man cannot rule without his head and heart as both were made to work together. You have taught us that fame is not about moving with the movers and shakers of society, but you have to earn it through preparation in the wilderness.

"Great men earn fame, not on the mountain top, but in the wilderness of life bringing freedom and life to a race once considered dead".

"Great men age gracefully until they raise their hand and the spirit departs from them going home in honour and gratitiude".

"Great men fall and get up because of the height they have to attain."

Madiba you have a left a footprint in the sand of times.

Madiba you have given us a secret weapon of love and forgiveness no matter the circumstances.

Madiba you understood leadership, you lived it, and you gave room for succerssorship.

Madiba when shrubs depart in the forest nobody recognizes it because of its size. However, when the tallest tree regenerates and gives room for other trees we celebrate them.

Madiba Madiba Madiba Madiba Madiba Madiba Madiba!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I Love you so much and bon voyage.

Are You A Leader?

True leaders are not afraid of their successors rather they build them up. Are you a leader then what plan do you have in place for a successor. Do you bury the talents of upcoming leaders or help them realize their dreams? Are you the type who wants to rule or reign forever?

What Is Greatness Without Setbacks?

Food For Thought: 4 Tips For a Great Comeback.

1. Forgiveness:
You must forgive yourself of the errors of the past. I mean all humanly possible errors that have caused a set back.

2. Eliminate blame.
Are you destined for greatness?
What is greatness without setbacks?
Stop blaming the world; stop blaming the institutions; stop blaming your parents; stop blaming the churches. It is time to take responsibility.

3.Access Your Spirituality.
There is just one route to greatness. In time of uncertainty, you must now listen to your inner-man and not what you see going on in the external world. Do you know we all have a voice and it speaks to us. However, you must listen to that still quiet voice even in the midst of storms.

4. Healing and Time.
A setback would give you enough pain and would cause a wound. The wound needs time to heal. You must go through the complete process of healing. It takes time for the wound to become a scar and before it eventually vanishes. Do not rush through the healing process, but take your
time.

I love you all and bye for now.

Ultimate Power of God

The Lord is saying you do not need to drop anyone's name to get through the door. I have deposited so much in you and your destiny is not attached to any Man. You need to believe in yourself as you can do it.

Positive Thinking.

Food For Thought: Greatness is about positive thinking. Positive thinking does not involve words or actions to make others become less and you become more. Africa, positive thinking involves words and actions that would enable our God- given resources go round every man and woman. Africa, positive thinking is not about dark movements. Africa, positive thinking does not involve usurping other people's position. Africa, positive thinking is not about theft of glory. Africa, positive thinking is not about paying to get a position or title belonging to another man. Africa, positive thinking is about true love, working hard and persevering until you achieve your God- given dreams. Positive thinking is not about using your father of sister for money ritual. Positive thinking is not about rituals and incantations. Africa must develop a mentality of positive thinking to achieve true greatness.Queen Ama ®™2013.

Positive Thinking.

Food For Thought: Do not take anything for granted and not even your time here on Earth to make a difference and change your life. Do not take anything for granted and not even your freedom to be that change you preach. Do not take anything for granted that your family would be by your side during tough times. Do not take anything for granted, but live life to the fullest through positive thinking. Queen Ama ®™2013.

Royalty is not cheap.

Food For Thought: Royalty is not cheap.

There is something about royalty for those who truly have it in their blood. It is not cheap and it involves refinement and character. It is not only about achievements and talents. It is about character and your spirituality. We are tired of stars who rise and crash to the ground because they lack the character to sustain such status for a long time.

Living Life to The Fullest.

Greatness is not for those who are not willing to die for others to become more. It is not for those ready to bring others down to become more. Greatness is not for those who fail to clear all the garbage of the past. It is not for those who are egotistic in decision making. Greatness is not for anyone who thinks I am a better sex and breed. Greatness is not for anyone who has no spiritual power. Greatness is not for those who write on it, talk it but cannot walk the path. Please anyone who is seeking to pursue greatness must first die to self and be willing to become less first before rising the ranks of greatness. Greatness is a big word clearly misunderstood by many, including those who have written on it based on research work. Check those who are truly great their life experiences says it all.

Are You For God or Satan?

Food For Thought: Are you for God or Satan. An intelligent man cannot serve a master and a servant at the same time. You do not say am for peace and war at the same time. You do not say he just lied, but told the truth. You do not say he just ate but his hungry? Where do you belong?
