Why Power In The Hands of Southerners From Nigeria Has Failed The Nation?

Many claim today's Power in the hands of Southerners from Nigeria has failed the nation. 

We Southerners are highly competitive and have no respect for authority called and chosen by God. You will even see this harmful competition among family members. You would see this trend on face-book. People already members of a meaningful group anointed by God now leave forming another group of almost the same purpose. What is the motive behind a new group on face-book of similar purpose? We believe we have something better to state; I have to be the leader as I am more qualified to start a new discussion group. I can also write and speak well, let me showcase my skills. 

Do you think inspiration, motivation and things that pertain to humanity such as leadership is all about research and speaking from your head as opposed from your heart? Do you think you need to go to school to become a leader? Far from it! 

We must seriously dig deeper from the surface as therein lies the truth. Gold can never be found on the surface. It is time to launch out into the deep before we can make meaningful sense of what we ought to know by now. We must study the characteristics of those 'called and chosen' into leadership positions by God . There is something greater than schooling, which is empowerment and liberation by the spirit of God. 

The holy spirit teaches you all that you need to know concerning things of the world; It gives you solution to deep rooted problems. It would give you direction on a daily basis.

It is for this reason when you have the privilege of interviewing those called and chosen into leadership positions by God they cannot even explain how they got there in the first place. It is for this reason the wise ones are now totally dependent on him for direction and guidance. The foolish ones go their own way forgetting they have not called and chosen themselves.

Dear brothers and sister have you not heard the saying that 'too many cooks spoil the broth'. When you have too many people try to take charge at a task, the end product might be ruined. Sometimes, you see people soliciting for Leadership at all cost. Please ask King David where he was when called and chosen by God. The same God who called and chose him directed a well-respected prophet to go and anoint him to lead his people. Do you know Samuel was also called and chosen by God? 

This is why many are already failing in ventures fuelled by negative competition, jealousy and pride? When the aftermath of such is dealing with many of us, we start blaming our leaders for our lawlessness, pride and Jealousy. 

We all want our voices to be heard thinking Leadership is a function of fame forgetting it is all about service and commitment. Many are called, but few are chosen. We must respect the one who has been called and chosen as your destiny is tied to that Man or Woman whether you like it or not.

The Northerners from Nigeria understand the importance of family and community even with marrying several wives and having so many children. They do not try to fight or control their leader, but rather honor and respect him. When You fight leadership called and chosen by God you are fighting God and would suffer severely for it. When too many voices are speaking it is called destructive noise and can burst the ear drum. The result of too many voices wanting leadership equivalent to fame is a chaotic and disorderly nation.

Boko Haram is clearly political, and the uncircumcised leader of that group would be destroyed by a woman in no time. It is all directed to topple the leadership of the country and for the Northerners to take over.

I did encourage those called to be followers to shut up and listen from the one God has called and chosen before you perish in the valley of life from disobeying your leader and speaking against them. I did encourage those who are in leadership, but not called and chosen by God for his people to step down before they lose their lives in the process. Remember what happened to those that spoke against Moses. Remember what happened to Saul when he stayed on in position of Leadership when his tenor had expired, and another younger and talented Man, David was anointed to be King.

A statement of this length is enough for the wise.

Motherhood: A Curse or Blessing?

What a disappointment?  What a disaster? What a disgrace? 

Motherhood in Africa decaying fast! Motherhood in Africa losing its values! Motherhood in Africa now a headspring of destruction for their children rather character moulders. Motherhood now centred on misplaced priorities and greed. 

Nowadays, You see a mother with married children wanting to look 16 by all means exposing her boobs meant for her husband for the world to see. You see a 40 year old mother almost looking like a call girl.  Some outfits that mothers put on are abominable all in the name of couture. Some, even belong to all kinds of occultic groups using their children for all kinds of ritual in order to acquire wealth and top positions at all cost. Many are not finding it difficult to cheat on their husbands.

What is Motherhood? It is a life of sacrifice, yet many are not willing to make any meaningful sacrifice for their children's life to be anything or better. What is motherhood?  The state of being a mother; The qualities of a mother: selfless, compassionate, patient, loving, humble, calm, spiritual, reliable, and industrious. etc

Why go through the rigorous exercise of giving birth to a child, and supplied the ovum that unites with a sperm which grows into a child delivered after 9 months or fewer? Why bother having children when you hate them and want them dead spiritually and physically? Why bother bringing children into the world for destruction? Why bother having children when you want another woman to fulfill the social role of raising them, and there is nothing wrong with you physically, mentally and otherwise?

I ask the same question by Louisa May Alcott, 'What do girls do who haven't any mothers to help them through their troubles?'

 A Mother should be involved in helping her child through life's troubles as nobody is best positioned to do this other than a mother. It is a different ball game altogether if the mother of a child is dead physically, spiritually, financially, socially, mentally and culturally. Then it is a no-brainer that a charitable woman steps into the role and assumes the role of a new mother.

According to Jessica Lange, 'The natural state of motherhood is unselfishness. When you become a mother, you are no longer the center of your own universe. You relinquish that position to your children'. 

 In the quest for wealth and positions within the society, many now sacrifice the destinies of some of their children and generations yet unborn. Some even encourage their children to go into prostitution and theft. Some encourage child slavery and would not want anything good for their children. Some would sacrifice the life of their most talented and gifted child all in the name of wealth and God forsaken positions.

Somerset Maugham was right to state, ' Few misfortunes can befall a boy which bring worse consequences than to have a really affectionate mother'. Children would get to that stage where they now feel they know more than you and would sometimes challenge your authority. This is an important place where many mothers deepen their qualities: showing love when we shouldn't be giving love in the first place because of badly behaved children. It is that love that transforms a child who has gone into fraud, prostitution or armed-robbery out of no fault of yours.

 Where is motherhood in Africa and across the globe headed? This is not what God meant when he said a Child should have an earthly guardian called a mother and father. It is a pity! Motherhood in Africa and across the globe needs complete deliverance. We need to act fast because the center cannot hold anymore. Motherhood now stinks and needs cleansing before it is too  late. 

I want to encourage all good mothers out there in the world to continue in their excellent job as in no time you would reap the fruit of your reward. It is a thing of joy to be a good mother. How gracious and honorable to see those kids become teenagers, adults and eventually ambassadors of good upbringing.

I just want to use this opportunity to thank my mother for those good old days of being a selfless and a true mother.

The crown of motherhood is to see your children become greater than you.

Successful motherhood is the ability to unite your children teaching them true love and killing every form of negative competition among them.


Motherhood is a heart of true love and forgiveness. 

Motherhood is the spring of life for any family to thrive here on Earth.

Motherhood is stripping oneself physically to protect your children spiritually enabling the germination of the seed of greatness within them.

The only covenant a mother must go into is one with the source of light, which involves seeking the kingdom of God first, and every other thing will be added unto you.

Motherhood is far more valuable and worth far more than rubies.

Motherhood does good to her children and not evil.

Motherhood is what makes any family stand tall in the community, society and nation. 

Motherhood should be a blessing and not a curse.

Wherever you have failed in your duties as a mother you can retrace your steps.

Oh God my father, deliver motherhood from decadence In Jesus name.

Firm as the tree's root that clutches the land.

Verbal Weapons

Food For Thought~ I thank God for the privilege: I volunteer in a hospital here in London every Wednesday. I met a Man whose wife walked out on him because he was handicapped from an accident. She said to him, "I cannot be lumbered with a poor handicap". She ran off with a younger man.

Here is what made me love and admire that man I saw yesterday: He said, "I am determined to live to make my ex- wife angry; I would participate in the next paralympics game lifting weights since my doctor says he cannot make me run again". I am going to live, even-though I am the last Man living on a wheelchair in my family. My family members are dead; I am the only one alive as he spoke with courage.

In an attempt to run off from contractual obligations because of challenges we end up destroying other people and ourselves. Temporary freedom is not a guarantee of success, if not Nigeria would have been a world leader by now with 52 years of Independence.

We do not need to kill physically with a gun: negative words called verbal weapons does it all. We must be very careful with what we say as individuals, families, communities and nations to people who are in need of our love and care.

The wars we see now that cannot be stopped with the best foreign policies coming from America started out because of wrong use of words. Check it out!

A Cry For Unity:Members of the Body of Christ Part 2

To illustrate this point further: what are the characteristics of an ideal child?

1. Interested in people: aware of differences, willing to give more to others.

2. An ideal child is one that can set good example for others.

3. He is a role model.

4. He is kind, caring and compassionate.

5. He always listens to his parents and teachers.

6. An ideal child does not go after his own greedy desires.

7. An ideal child is one who has good character.

8. An ideal child is one who has respect for their parents.

9. An ideal child is one who studies hard.

10. An ideal child is one who follows  time management set by his parents.

11. An ideal child is one who does prayers before eating.

12. An ideal child is one who helps in home duties.

13. An ideal child is one who has healthy habits and stays away from gossip, hatred and malice.

14. An ideal child is one who should keep good company.

15. An ideal child is one not interested in money and its value.

16. An ideal child is admired by everyone.

17. An ideal child is one everyone can look up to.

18. An ideal child is considered to be almost nothing in the society. 

19. An ideal child is one who exhibits brokenness.

20. Finally, an Ideal child makes many people want to meet the parents that have raised him or her because of his good behavior.Who would not want to have a child with all these characteristics? I pray for my children to have these qualities listed above. 

Jesus-Christ set aside the quintessential child to illustrate how members of his body should behave and qualities they ought to strive for. 
When members of the body of Jesus- Christ become an ideal child; people would draw near to him being the father and mother of the Church. 

People outside the home where an ideal child is growing up would want to become members as well. 

The main characteristics traits that should be present in an ideal child are trust and honesty. 

How can a child be ideal, if they tell lies and you can't trust them?

Jesus-Christ who we are all expecting someday cried out to the twelve disciples just like he is crying out to us now: be united and stop trying to figure out who is the greatest or most important.

Jesus-Christ, made it clear: pagans are interested in titles and lord it over those they are ruling, but it should not be so for those who are his members.

Brethren, greatness lies in service.

You will be amazed the ushers who stands throughout the church service is greater than the General overseer of numerous churches seating in a posh Rolls Royce, moving in a convoy or flying in a private jet. I am not the one who has said it, but Jesus- Christ.

Greatness lies in being selfless and not attributing anything of importance to you.

It is time to be united as one body; not divided among ourselves because of the need to promote importance.

Jesus-Christ was not a man of title; people called him by all kinds of title even though he was truly what those titles meant. He worked hard with a clear purpose to finish his assignment and not interested in earthly inheritance as seen in private jets, convoys, helicopters and mansions etc.

I love you all; let us strive for that unity among members of the body of Christ living only in one body.

I am sure many of us would have been dead by now, if there was no unity among the crucial parts of our body. Imagine the head, heart, hands, leg, nose, mouth and eyes all fighting one another. 

Brethren let us not murder Jesus-Christ again as he does not deserve to be killed a second time because of jealousy, envy, pride, error, deception, selfishness, over-ambition and being unteachable among his members.

The members of Christ must be united for us the church to function well; see true manifestations of signs and wonders not from the pit of hell. 

• Lord: please empower the members of your body to drop all forms of self-importance and begin to focus on their calling. 
• Please assist us to finish the 100 meters race exhibiting the qualities of an ideal child. 
• Please enable us to get a better sense of our purpose, which has nothing to do with being the most important.
• Please forgive us for not being that good example the world is looking for to draw near to you.

A Cry For Unity:Members of the Body of Christ Part 1

The twelve disciples who were called and chosen had been engaged with their different personal agenda before the recruitment by Jesus-Christ. 

However, as expected where grown up men now gather doing similar task: the tendencies to showcase some are greater than others would soon rare its ugly head.

It is no surprise men drawn from different walks of life: some were fishermen, political activists, tax collectors, doctors, common people and uncommon leaders, rich and poor, educated and uneducated wanted to know who was the greatest and most important among the 12 of them called and chosen.

They started quarreling among themselves wanting to know who was the greatest among them.

Luke 9:46 clearly states:An argument started among the disciples as to which of them would be the greatest.

Luke 22:24 Also a dispute arose among them as to which of them was the most important.

As a matter of fact: grown up men who had almost begun to lose focus of their calling argued among themselves, which of them should be considered the most important.

They thought along this line: We are called and chosen into an earthly kingdom requiring hierarchy to get the best allocation of resources. Thus, they could not settle the petty   dispute among themselves as everyone wanted to be regarded as the most important. 

This phenomenon: you would also see today among  general overseers, bishops, apostles, prophets, evangelist, priests,   prayer warriors who are members of the body of Jesus-Christ.

The disciples took their petty quarrel to the master who had called and chosen them into his fold.

Matthew 18:1 states: At that time the disciples came to Jesus and asked, "Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?".

Please pay close attention to Jesus reply: the one who has also called and chosen bishops, apostles, prophets, pastors, general overseers, evangelists, ushers, prayer warriors and other members of his body.

Matthew 18:2 states, He called a little child and had him stand among them. The Catholic pastoral version states; Then Jesus called a little child, set the child in the midst of the disciples, and said, “I assure you that, unless you change and become like little children, you cannot enter the kingdom of God”.

Luke 22 vs 25 states: And he said unto them, The kings of the Gentiles exercise lordship over them; and they that exercise authority upon them are called benefactors. 

The catholic pastoral version gives another reply from Jesus-Christ:“The kings of the pagan nations rule over them as lords, and the most hard-hearted rulers claim the title, ‘Gracious Lord.’ But not so with you; let the greatest among you become as the youngest, and the leader as the servant. For who is the greatest, he who sits at the table or he who serves? He who is seated, isn’t it? Yet I am among you as the one who serves. 

Mark 10:42 states; Jesus called them together and said, "You know that those who are regarded as rulers of the Gentiles lord it over them, and their high officials exercise authority over them.

Do you know why he called a little child the greatest, and not Peter who he clearly identified as the rock, he would build his church. He could have even called and set aside the first four (Andrew, John, Peter, and James) and acknowledge them to be the greatest amongst the rest who were later called and chosen.

Let me tell you a little secret: I was privileged to meet an ideal child of God from Nigeria. You hardly see him on television. He would never preach and ask afterwards bring out your tithes and offering. The anointing in this man's life is so powerful; he has been to two hundred and something countries. He calls himself a missionary, but I know he is a prophet. More-so, considering the time he has spent in ministry he could attain the title, bishop. When you speak to this man of God one on one; you would not recognize he is the same preacher of the good news gospel on stage.

People beg to give their offerings and pay tithe to him after they hear the authentic word of God from him evident in his life. When he goes to any country where he is invited: the richest in that land pick him up. Funny enough; this man owns no church, but he has planted many churches across the globe through converts who have never heard the word of Christ. He has converted many Fulani's in Nigeria to the kingdom of God. He does not even have a British, American or Canadian passport. They waste no time in giving him visa because they know he has a better kingdom, which requires holiness to get there.

Many are not interested in missionary work, because there is really no guarantee of receiving continuous tithe and offering.

Father, please raise up true missionaries ready to go anywhere and spread the gospel without looking back at the plough.
